I very recently had a TT JDM motor put into my car after realizing cylinder four was "frozen" in my original TT motor. A couple weeks after my slave cylinder went and I set out to fix it. As you know, an easy fix, but on my way out from under the car I notice something that does not look right. By the driver side motor mount; there was a stamped section on the block, with treaded areas (you know, so bolts can be screwed into it). There appeared to be a valve exposed, and there was slight carbon directly underneath it on my new motor mount. Also while the car is running it sounds like I have an exhaust leak from that area. I have sport 500 turbos on stock manifolds. It clearly looks like something should be there, but I don’t know what! I will try to get the time to get under the car again to take pictures. I searched a lot, but had no idea what I should be searching for. lol. If anyone can help me that would be great.
